Office clerk wanted
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting administrative documents, meeting minutes, work reports, and other daily secretarial and information reporting work.
2. Assist the department in other supporting service work.
3. Coordinate work between the department and other departments.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or above, those with experience in administrative management or related work are preferred.
2. Good communication and expression skills and service awareness, those with two years or more of administrative assistant experience are preferred.
3. Organized, meticulous, conscientious, and responsible in work, and rigorous in handling matters.
4. Proficient in computer operation and Office software, with basic network knowledge.
5. Familiar with office administrative management knowledge and work processes, familiar with document writing formats, and possess basic business letter writing skills.
6. Possess strong writing skills and strong communication, coordination and language expression skills.
